Kranti Sugar Kundal : The Factory Was Founded To Provide A Sustainable And Profitable Platform For Sugarcane Farmers In The Region. By Adopting Cooperative Principles, It Ensures That The Benefits Of Sugar Production Are Equitably Distributed Among Its Members, Promoting Agricultural Growth And Financial Stability For The Farming Community.
Production Capacity And Facilities
Kranti Sugar Kundal : Kranti Sugar Factory Has Continually Upgraded Its Facilities To Enhance Production Efficiency And Output. The Factory Operates A Co-Generation Plant With A Capacity Of 19.70 MW, Commissioned In 2010. Currently, It Generates 17.4 MW Of Power, Utilizing 7.4 MW For In-Plant Operations And Exporting The Remaining 10 MW To The Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited. This Co-Generation Initiative Not Only Supports Sustainable Energy Practices But Also Enables The Factory To Provide Additional Payments To Farmers For Their Sugarcane Produce.
In Addition To Sugar Production, The Factory Has Expanded Into Distillery Operations. Initially Establishing A 60 KLPD (Kilo Liters Per Day) Molasses-Based Distillery, The Factory Has Received Environmental Clearance To Expand This Capacity To 90 KLPD. This Expansion Allows For Increased Production Of Ethanol And Other By-Products, Contributing To The Diversification And Sustainability Of The Factory’s Operations.
Product Range
Kranti Sugar Kundal : The Factory Specializes In Producing Plantation White Crystal Sugar Through The Double Sulphitation Method, Offering Various Grades Such As L-30, M-30, S-30, And SS-31. These Grades Are Classified Based On The Size And Color Of The Sugar Crystals, Adhering To Industry Standards.
Cane Development Initiatives
Kranti Sugar Kundal : To Boost Sugarcane Production And Support Farmers, Kranti Sugar Factory Implements Various Development Schemes Annually. These Initiatives Aim To Enhance Sugarcane Yield And Quality, Providing Necessary Resources And Technical Guidance To Farmers. In The 2013-14 Period, The Factory Implemented A Pilot Scheme Covering 327 Hectares, Investing Approximately ₹107.78 Lakhs To Support Farmers From Cultivation To Harvesting Stages.

Additionally, Dry Cleaning Practices Are Adopted For Floor Washing To Further Conserve Water. The Factory Has Invested Approximately ₹602 Lakhs In These Environmental Protection Measures.
