Indrajeet Patil Early Life Story
Indrajeet Patil Was Born On 29th March 1998 In Mumbai, Maharashtra. From The Very Beginning, He Was Loved Dearly By His Entire Family, Especially His Elder Sister Who Became His Best Friend And Strongest Supporter. His Sister’s Love Was Unconditional — When She Started Her First Job, The First Thing She Did Was Gift Him A Hoodie, And She Was The One Who Lovingly Gave Him The Nickname “Chiku,” Which Stays With Him To This Day.
He Started His Education At Amar Jyoti School Where He Studied From 1st To 6th Standard. Later, His Family Shifted, And He Continued His Further Education At Prerana High School. From A Young Age, Indrajeet Had A Dream — To Become An Engineer. Driven By This Ambition, He Pursued A Diploma In Civil Engineering From PVPIT Budhgaon And Successfully Completed His Education. However, Life Had Different Plans For Him. While Engineering Was His Academic Path, His True Calling Was Waiting In The World Of Creativity And Digital Content.
Indrajeet Patil Struggle Story
After Completing His Engineering Education, Indrajeet Developed A Deep Interest In Video Making And Content Creation. He Started Working With A Friend Who Had His Own YouTube Channel, Assisting Behind The Scenes And Learning The Craft. One Day, When He Asked For A Lead Role In A Video, His Friend Dismissed Him Saying, “Channel Maza Hero Mi” (It’s My Channel, I’ll Be The Hero). His Friend Also Discouraged Him, Claiming That Making Videos Wasn’t Simple And That Indrajeet Couldn’t Do It. That Moment Became The Spark — He Decided Right Then That He Would Prove Everyone Wrong.
Determined To Build Something Of His Own, Indrajeet Formed A Team Called “CREATIVE” For His YouTube Channel And Started Making Videos. Although He Had A Team, Only Two People Actually Worked — Indrajeet Himself And His Friend Sachin. They Were Making Progress, But Then The World Came To A Standstill With The COVID-19 Pandemic. The Lockdown Forced Everyone Indoors, And His Team Dissolved. But Indrajeet Didn’t Stop. This Is When His “Ekla Chalo” (Walk Alone) Journey Truly Began.
At That Time, Instagram Didn’t Have The Reels Feature Yet. When He Posted Videos On His Feed, People Started Judging Him, Making Fun Of Him, And Passing Negative Comments. The Criticism Was Harsh, But He Kept Going. He Didn’t Own An iPhone — He Shot And Edited All His Videos On A Basic MI Phone. The Quality Wasn’t Perfect, But His Passion Was Unshakable.
During This Phase, He Met Two Fellow Creators — Neel (Just Neel Things) And Karan (Focused Indian) — Who Became His Mentors. They Taught Him How To Make Short, Impactful Videos And How To Structure Content For Maximum Engagement. Slowly, The Same People Who Once Mocked Him Started Saying, “He Is Our Brother.” His Consistency Began To Pay Off, And His Content Started Getting Better With Each Upload.
One Day, Feeling Demotivated By The Lack Of Growth, Indrajeet Told His Friend That He Couldn’t See Any Satisfying Progress On Instagram. He Even Mentioned That The Next Day’s Video Would Be His Last. But The Very Next Day, He Posted The Video Titled “It’s Powai Lake, Not Your Oyo Room” — And It Went Viral. That Single Video Gave Him Over 2,500 New Followers And More Than 1 Million Views. His Follower Count Doubled Overnight, Reaching 5,000. This Was The Turning Point. His Confidence Skyrocketed, And He Made A Strong Decision — No Matter What Happens, He Would Never Stop Making Videos.
Within 2-3 Months, He Crossed 10,000 Followers. To Celebrate And Do Something Unprecedented, He Decided To Post More Than 10 Reels In A Single Day — Something No Other Influencer Had Done Before. The Response Was Overwhelming. His Audience Appreciated His Dedication, And His Follower Base Continued To Grow.
But Then, Disaster Struck. While Shooting A Video, He Accidentally Broke His MI Phone. It Was A Devastating Moment Because That Phone Was His Entire Studio — His Camera, Editor, And Uploader All In One. He Didn’t Have The Money To Buy A New Phone, And The Lockdown Made Everything Worse. But Giving Up Was Not An Option. With The Help Of His Friends From Dombivali, He Continued Shooting Videos On Their Phones. He Would Edit The Videos And Then Borrow Phones From Neighbors And Society Friends To Upload Them. This Struggle Went On For 15-20 Days. It Was Exhausting, But He Refused To Let His Passion Die.
One Night, Feeling Helpless, He Called His Friend Sandeep (RealSandeepShetty) And Told Him That The Next Day, He Would Have To Ask His Father For A New Phone, Even Though He Didn’t Want To Burden Him During The Pandemic. But The Very Next Day, Something Magical Happened. His College Friends Sent Him A Gift. He Went Live On Instagram Using His Father’s Phone And Unboxed The Package. Inside Was A Brand New Samsung Phone With A Heartfelt Note That Read: “Thambu Nakos, Video Banvat Rha” (Don’t Stop, Keep Making Videos).
That Moment Brought Tears To His Eyes. The Joy He Felt Was Greater Than Any Follower Milestone. It Wasn’t Just A Phone — It Was Proof That People Believed In Him. His Friends Kept His Passion Alive When He Was On The Verge Of Giving Up. With That New Phone, He Resumed His Journey With Renewed Energy And Determination. And That’s How Indrajeet Patil, Known Today As Champ_Indra, Rose From Struggles To Success.
